Is there Hogwarts Legacy early access on PS4 & Xbox One?
Hogwarts Legacy arrives on Xbox One & PS4 on May 5. Regardless of the edition you have, Hogwarts Legacy for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will not have an early access period. The game will be available for everyone on May 5 at midnight local time.
Players who preordered the special editions of the game on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC were granted 72 hours of early access. However, this privilege is not extended to those playing on older console generations. It is expected that the Nintendo Switch release in July will follow a similar pattern.
Make sure to select your wand ahead of time, so you’re prepared to attend Hogwarts and start learning the spells available, even though you won’t be able to play until May 5.
