FIFA 23 Fantasy FUT upgrades explained
The official upgrade requirements for Fantasy FUT in FIFA 23 were disclosed by EA. Standard Fantasy FUT player items have the potential to earn up to four upgrades, while Fantasy FUT Heroes can earn a maximum of two upgrades.
Remember, the Fantasy FUT upgrades rely on the performances in the players’ following 6 domestic league matches starting from March 17th.
Players will want to track real-life results to stay on top of Fantasy FUT’s upgrade requirements.The following are the prerequisites for upgrading FIFA 23 Fantasy FUT players:
- Achieving one victory in the upcoming six games results in a positive outcome of +1.
- The player is expected to make three appearances in the upcoming six games, resulting in a +1.
- Scoring or assisting in at least 2 goals within the upcoming 6 games for attackers and midfielders will result in a +1.
- Defenders and goalkeepers can expect to achieve 2 clean sheets in the upcoming 6 games, resulting in a +1 for their performance.
- Ensure victory in the upcoming six games: +1 & acquire three fresh attributes.
Forwards and defenders have distinct goals for the third upgrade requirement, which is determined by their respective positions.
Fantasy FUT Heroes upgrade explained
The promo for FIFA 23 introduced the exciting Fantasy FUT Heroes. These special FUT Hero cards come with unique upgrade requirements, setting them apart from the standard Fantasy FUT items.
These are the upgrade criteria for FIFA 23 Fantasy FUT Heroes:
- Achieving one victory in the upcoming six games will result in a positive outcome with a score of +1.
- The club manages to secure a draw or win in the following six games, earning a point for each game. Additionally, they acquire three new valuable traits.
To avoid defeat, the club must either secure a win or a draw in six consecutive games. Refer to the table above to identify the clubs linked to each Hero card.
If Fantasy FUT Heroes can successfully avoid defeat in six games, these cards have the potential to become highly valuable and effective.
