New weapons in Modern Warfare 2 Season 3 Reloaded

In Season 3 Reloaded, the arrival of Two Pistols was announced through the Season 3 Reloaded blog post, unveiling their identities as the FTAC Siege and the GS Magna.

The two new Handguns are Secondary weapons that come with unlock challenges. In order to obtain the GS Magna, players need to achieve 30 headshot kills using the .50 GS. On the other hand, to unlock the FTAC Siege, players must secure 30 hipfire kills using Handguns.

Season 3 Reloaded introduces not only two fresh Handguns but also a brand-new lethal tool called the Throwing Star. To acquire the Throwing Star, players must accumulate 50 kills using a Throwing Knife.

Camo Challenge Reloaded for Season 03

  • Our upcoming seasonal event builds upon the success of the camo challenges from Season 02. By completing a challenge for a specific weapon category, you will unlock a brand-new camouflage for all weapons within that category.
  • In order to obtain an additional new camo for each weapon category, as well as a special Weapon Charm that signifies your mastery of the Reloaded Trophy Hunt, it is necessary to successfully complete all ten challenges.
  • The event presents various challenges:
    - Assault Rifles: Achieve 250 Operator Kills.
    - Battle Rifles: Attain 30 Headshot Operator Kills.
    - SMGs: Obtain 3 Operator Kills Without Dying, 30 times.

  • Introducing the GS Magna: Handgun. Simply press and hold the trigger, allowing the mighty .50 Cal to deliver its authoritative message. Unlock this weapon by completing the in-game Challenge: Eliminate 30 Operators with headshots using the .50 GS.

  • The Throwing Star offers a captivating and challenging alternative to the Throwing Knife, requiring greater accuracy from the user. Although less precise hits may not be lethal, its advantage lies in its larger ammunition capacity and quick deployment abilities. To unlock the Throwing Star, a new indicator has been added in the Loadouts tab. This can be achieved by completing an in-game challenge of obtaining 50 kills with the Throwing Knife as an Operator.

 

First Raise

  • The time it takes to fire a weapon after equipping it has been reduced for several weapons.

Rapid Ascend and Rapid Descent

  • The speeds of Quick Raise and Quick Drop have been enhanced uniformly, enabling faster deployment of equipment. This is further enhanced by the Fast Hands ability.

Armor Damage

All Assault Rifles, Battle Rifles, Submachine Guns, and Light Machine Guns now have Maximum Armor Damage values incorporated. These values aim to decrease the time it takes to eliminate targets at close range.

Several Weapons have undergone adjustments or additions to their Minimum Armor Damage in order to enhance their effectiveness at longer distances. Refer to the Weapon changes listed below for more information:

» Handguns «

  • In Warzone 2.0, the Basilisk now deals increased minimum armor damage.
  • Warzone 2.0 exclusive: Minimum Armor Damage incorporated, now marked as P890.
  • The addition of X12 Minimum Armor Damage is exclusive to Warzone 2.0.
  • The addition of minimum armor damage is now available for X13 Auto in Warzone 2.0 exclusively.

» Submachine Guns «

  • In Warzone 2.0, we’ve made some changes to the BAS-P ADS Speed, Headshot Damage Multiplier, Maximum Damage, Maximum Damage Range, Mid-far Damage, Mid-far Damage Range, and Minimum Armor Damage. Additionally, we’ve increased the Minimum Damage and Minimum Damage Range, and reduced the ‘First Raise’ animation time.
  • The Lachmann Sub in Warzone 2.0 has received an increase in its Burst-fire Minimum Armor Damage.
  • The Minimum Armor Damage for Minibak has been raised in Warzone 2.0 exclusively.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the MX9 now includes a minimum armor damage feature.
  • The Maximum Damage Range of Vaznev-9K has been reduced.

» Assault Rifles «

  • In Warzone 2.0, the Chimera semi-automatic weapon now has a reduced ‘First Raise’ animation time, along with the addition of minimum armor damage.
  • The ISO Hemlock has undergone some changes: its maximum damage, mid damage, and minimum damage have all been decreased. However, the lower torso multiplier has been increased, while the multipliers for extremities have been decreased.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the Kastov 545 now has reduced close-mid damage range and mid damage range. Additionally, minimum armor damage has been introduced.
  • The Kastov 762 semi-automatic weapon now deals a minimum amount of armor damage in Warzone 2.0. Additionally, the extremities multipliers have been reduced.
  • The Kastov-74u now has Minimum Armor Damage in Warzone 2.0.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the Lachmann-556 has received several enhancements. Its close-mid damage has been increased, along with an extension to its maximum damage range. Additionally, a mid damage range has been introduced and minimum armor damage has been added. Furthermore, in Warzone 2.0 only, the semi-auto mode now includes minimum armor damage. Lastly, the upper torso multiplier has been elevated for improved effectiveness.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the M16 has received several improvements. The close-mid damage range and maximum damage range have been increased, ensuring more effective hits on targets. Additionally, a minimum armor damage has been added, further enhancing the weapon’s capabilities. The cooldown time between bursts has been decreased, allowing for faster follow-up shots. Furthermore, the ‘First Raise’ animation time has been reduced, enabling quicker aiming and target acquisition.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the minimum armor damage added by the M4 Semi-auto has been increased. Additionally, the ‘First Raise’ animation time has been reduced.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the M13B has received several improvements. Its ADS Speed has been slightly increased, making it quicker to aim down sights. Additionally, its Damage Ranges have been extended, allowing for more effective shots at greater distances. The Hip Spread Accuracy has also been slightly enhanced, resulting in better accuracy when firing from the hip. Furthermore, the weapon now deals Minimum Armor Damage, making it more effective against armored opponents. Lastly, the ‘First Raise’ animation time has been reduced, enabling faster readiness after raising the weapon.
  • The range for maximum damage has been reduced in TAQ-56.

» Battle Rifles «

  • Increased minimum armor damage for auto-fire in FTAC Recon. This change is applicable only in Warzone 2.0. Additionally, the ‘First Raise’ animation time has been reduced.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the Lachmann-762 now has an increased minimum armor damage when set to auto-fire. Additionally, a minimum armor damage has been added exclusively for use in Warzone 2.0.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the SO-14 now has increased auto-fire minimum armor damage. Additionally, the lower torso multiplier has been raised, resulting in increased maximum damage. Lastly, the minimum armor damage has also been increased exclusively for Warzone 2.0.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the minimum armor damage for the TAQ-V has been increased. Additionally, the semi-auto minimum armor damage has also been increased exclusively in Warzone 2.0.

» Shotguns «

  • In Warzone 2.0, there has been an increase in Minimum Armor Damage for the Bryson 800 weapon. Additionally, the Mid Damage has also been raised.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the minimum armor damage for Bryson 890 has been raised, and its mid-range damage has also been increased.
  • Introducing Warzone 2.0, where a minimum armor damage of 300 is now added for Lockwood.

“Light Machine Guns”

  • HCR 56 now includes Minimum Armor Damage in Warzone 2.0 exclusively.
  • The animation time for the ‘First Raise’ has been reduced in RAPP H.
  • The animation time for the ‘First Raise’ in the SAKIN MG38 has been decreased.

» Ammunition «

  • The velocity of explosive bullets has been lowered.
  • Snakeshot Tuning is now operational with a success rate of 50%.
  • In Warzone 2.0, the maximum armor damage for all types of .300 Blackout ammunition has been increased.

» Laser «

  • Laser visibility decreased
     
  • The Core BP2 Underbarrel is now blocked by the Canted Vibro-Dot 7.
  • The Core BP2 Underbarrel is now effectively blocked by the 7mW Canted Laser.

» Magazine «

  • In Warzone 2.0, the Fennec Double Tap Mod has been updated to provide increased Maximum Ammo Reserves and Maximum Armor Damage. Additionally, the Minimum Armor Damage has been reduced. Furthermore, the Starting Ammo for the Fennec has also been increased in this version.
  • The cooldown time between shots for STB 556 Single Tap Mod has been decreased.

The following adjustments to the Magazine apply to all Attachments, depending on whether they are larger or smaller than the Weapon’s base Magazine capacity. These modifications will result in larger capacity Magazines being less punishing on average, while smaller capacity Magazines will provide significantly more advantages.

  • Decreased penalties for ADS speed and movement speed.
  • The ADS Speed benefit has been enhanced for smaller objects. Additionally, there are increased Movement Speed benefits, as well as a heightened Sprint to Fire Speed benefit.

» Muzzle «

  • The Lockshot KT85 now has reduced horizontal recoil control and increased vertical recoil control.

» Optic «

  • The visibility of the Kazan-Holo Reticle has been enhanced.

  • The ADS Speed of the Corvus Masterkey has been increased, resulting in a quicker aiming-down-sights time. Additionally, the spread of pellets when aiming-down-sights has been reduced, leading to more accuracy. The ammo reserve for the weapon has been increased, allowing for a greater amount of ammunition to be carried. Furthermore, the mid damage range has been slightly extended, resulting in improved effectiveness at medium distances.

KILLSTREAKS

  • The damage caused by Cluster Mine Armor has been reduced exclusively for Warzone 2.0.

BUG FIXES

  • Resolved a problem where multiple Attachments could be equipped to one category, causing the Weapons to become dysfunctional or ineffective.
  • Resolved a problem that was causing Death Effects to not occur in DMZ and Co-Op modes.
  • Resolved a problem with the FJX Imperium by rectifying its lower-than-intended penetration level.
  • The penetration level of the SP-X 80 was adjusted to match its intended specifications, resolving the issue.
  • The rendering issue with the XTEN Angel-40 Optic’s depth of field effect has been resolved.

VEHICLES

 

ADJUSTMENTS

  • Collisions with surrounding objects are now less likely to occur when exiting a vehicle.
  • The Heavy Chopper excels in identifying situations where it becomes impossible to recover and promptly ignites in case of being trapped.

BUG FIXES

  • Resolved a problem in which the ‘Missile Incoming’ alert would occasionally continue to appear despite the absence of any incoming missiles.
  • Resolved a problem that enabled vehicles to potentially cause fatal injuries to Players when utilizing a turret in exceptional cases.
  • The issue with the Armored Patrol Boat not receiving collision damage has been resolved.
  • Resolved a problem that caused the RHIB to sustain minimal collision damage.
  • Addressed a problem where the Light Helicopter was experiencing an excessive amount of damage upon landing.
  • Resolved a problem where the Drill Charge had the capability to eject teammates from a vehicle.

  • Alex is located by Gaz, who then separates to communicate with Laswell and arrange for extraction. Price, Farah, and Alex are left to continue further into the Soviet base, venturing into a large pit where they will navigate through train tunnels and electrified waters. The urgency is heightened as Hadir and the missing warhead are still unaccounted for, and time is of the essence. Completing Raid Episode 03 is necessary to unlock Alex as an Operator.

  • Head to Hafid Port located in Al Mazrah and commence the operation against the cartel. Be prepared for a daunting mission as eliminating their primary defense will only be the beginning.   • After its debut in Modern Warfare 3, Faceoff has made a comeback! Now, you can enjoy 3v3 Kill Confirmed, Domination, and Team Deathmatch on Gunfight maps. Additionally, Killstreaks and Field Upgrades have been disabled for a balanced gameplay experience.
  • Gunfight O.S.P. (On Site Procurement) is a variant of the classic Gunfight game mode. In this version, players start off without any weapons, relying solely on their fists. Their mission is to scavenge the walls and floor for available firearms. They have the option to swiftly grab a pistol and immediately engage in combat, or take the riskier approach of seeking out a more potent weapon before entering the fray.
  • Experience the beloved Infected mode on an epic Battle Map scale with Giant Infected! Prepare for more players, more infected, and an abundance of fun. In this mode, infected players will respawn with parachutes, adding a thrilling element to the gameplay. As the survivors dwindle to half, a UAV sweep will be initiated, aiding in the hunt for the remaining players. Get ready for an exhilarating adventure and happy hunting!

  • The achievement of “One Shot One Kill” will no longer be granted to players who eliminate opponents using the explosive power of the Cranked bomb.
  • The Gunfight mode description has been revised to provide clearer information regarding the conditions required for victory.
  • All Gunfight Loadouts now have laser attachments removed.
